Shipping Details
Payment
We accept payments by bank transfer or PayPal. If you choose classic Wire transfer, we will send you a proforma invoice, where you will get all information, how to pay. The production of images lasts usually 3-7 days, payment has to be done before we start to produce your order.
Production Time
The production does not take longer than 10 business days. If you order a limited editions, the delivery time can be up to 5 weeks. It is also possible to order express production, in that case, we ask you for the extra price to cover extra costs. Extra costs depend on the exact configuration of the picture. The delivery time is the standard time of the shipping, it is the addition to the date of production of the pictures, which you will see in your order.
Important, Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders submitted from Czech Republic locations. All others submitted from other Countries, Sales and Use Tax should be paid by the Consumer, where required by law.
Delivery
Depends on the shipping option you choose when ordering. Please allow at least 5 weeks maximum for your Limited Edition purchases or 3-7 days for your retail product to be shipped, plus the shipping time based on the shipping option you selected. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. If your print arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible! We will replace it, but we’ll need a picture of the damage. Email us at isalgadofernando@gmail.com . Requests must be received within 30 days of delivery of the print, and important must include a copy of the shipping receipt/ invoice and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping moments. If we approve your request for a replacement :-), we will not charge you for replace with a new print, but you will be responsible for the costs of returning the damaged print to us, plus the cost of shipping a new print to your address.
Returns : Shipping Problems/Damage?
The notification of all shipping defects or damage prints must be made within 30 days of delivery (very important don’t forget) and accompanied by the shipping receipt/ invoice, photography certificate and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping moment.
Color Confrontation
You acknowledge and understand that Colors and light brightness of artwork you see on a computer may not looks the same as the final print product, there is no confrontation or guarantee that pictures on our website www.salgadofineart.com or social media images will match exactly tones/colors on the print perched.
International Shipping
We deliver everywhere in Europe, USA and Australia. Our special tailor made boxes and packaging of our pictures, ensures perfect protection.
